Throughout the pregnancy there is required special care for that pregnant lady but more require during starting stage because it is foundation of baby. There must have to change in their daily routine life like DO during pregnancy: Eat healthy foods, Exercise regularly, Take rest, be positive, Drink plenty of water.Avoid during pregnancy: junk food, quit smoking and alcohol, cut down coffee, sea foods, hot baths and saunas.
